You know what's also a good tip? Taking a job that pays you a bit less, but makes you a lot happier. I don't think anyone here has done that. If anyone has, drop the story.

Real shyt. Believe it or not, I was making 106k last year working a wierd rotating shift. Weekends and holidays included I switched to a job making 85k. I haven't work a weekend, holiday or 40 hours since I've been here.

-Get into a top 20 PWI or top 3 HBCU
-Major in something quantitative
-Get top grades
-Do as many professional internships as you can

This should at least take you to six figures a few years out of college, if not your first year should you do something in high finance (asset management, banking, sales and trading, pe, hedge funds). I'm still figuring out how I can get to 7 figures, but it probably involves a combination of more education (an MBA in my case), achieving promotions, saving, and investing my earnings into some sort of business.

I would rather be "broke" and be able to relate to women w/o paying for their time, to be honest. Theres not much more important than forming good + meaningful relationships with people. Thats a form of success too.

I'd say that you need to be willing to learn, know how to learn, and understand what level you are at. If you don't know what l]evel you are at, you might try to act like the shyt, when realy you need to be listening. I'm starting to feel like this more and more everyday. I help people(family, friends) out a lot and I'm barely getting a thank you out of mothafukkas let alone a return of a favor. You got to do you. Nobody gives a fukk anymore
