If this happened before the song, drake was probably making fun of that, if it happened after, drake's song caused him to tweet about it.

There is no proof that he has ghost writers. There is only proof that he works with other people while writing his songs which many people do. Lots of rappers have other people write their hook, they should be able to write their own verses though.
