day/night cycle and weather might be "YES", but there's a huge difference between it being dynamic on DC and baked on Forza.

The weather effects and time cycles are even more profound and detailed in forza seeing how its open world and the time/weather changes around you. You could even argue that Driveclub is more "baked" since you reset after each race and time/weather changes are more like specified events than natural circumstance. Furthermore weather won't even be in driveclub at launch. Neither will replays.
