I've been attempting to cut belly fat this past week, started with a juice cleanse and now I've been intermittent fasting.

Only problem I have been having is the redundancy involved with only drinking water. I want to drink one other drink once a day with a meal besides water but I'm not sure what the relatively healthy alternatives are. Fruit juice (orange or apple), diet soda, skim milk (only with breakfast), tea?

Definitely not fruit juice and diet soda. Tons of sugar in those fruit juices and diet soda isn't as healthy as it seems. I guess milk or tea is good at breakfast.

How's drinking tea with only a teaspoon of sugar? Or maybe with stevia instead?
