I drink sodas but I will not touch coffee under any circumstances. I mostly drink 100% juice, milk and gatorade with the occasional soda only on days I dont workout.

SMH at yall acting like soda is so bad but bragging about all the juice and gatorade you drink. That shyt is usually loaded with just as much sugar and calories as soda.

Stick to water, black coffee, and green tea (not bottled) or you have no room to brag. Or fresh squeezed pure juice, but that is too expensive
