Drinking a gallon of water a day while on creatine unappreciation!

I just bought some Green Magnitude because honestly nothing gives you that pump and roundness like a good creatine cycle. Its really the only thing over the counter that is scientically proven to actually increase the size of your muscles. When your natural its pretty much the only quicker picker upper but my goodness scarfing down water gives me a headache and its actually dangerous if you have to ingest a large amount in a short time especially if sodium isn't a big part of your diet.

How do you breh's do it yo

I feel you bruh. I've been drinking so much water on my cycles but I just can't seem to get enough.
I'm always feeling thirsty

but I'm also on an EC stack as well.

I think thats protein. I think creatine makes you more dehydrated since the water goes more to your muscles which can make you constipated if anything.

then more water.

but its all good those cuz i'm getting bigger and stronger still.

Thing about creatine is that you lose your size after you're off it (and you need to come off after a cycle, too much fux with your kidneys). You'll keep most strength I think though. I prefer strength over size anyway

yup this is true.

my last cycle I kept most of my strength and size only dipped a bit. But I'm like you, I don't care so much for size, I prefer to just build my strength.

but gains definitely come quicker when using creatine.

Drinking a gallon of water is fairly easy, lol you guys don't count the FL oz in your protein shakes, intraworkouts, pre workouts etc?

I keep a liter jug at my desk at work that I kill during a shift, then I have another jug I kill throughout the day at home/gym, only thing that sucks is waking up at night to piss

Yeah you can stay on it all year but if your planning a beach trip and you want to look a little extra cut getting off it for a few weeks cuts out some excess water

although the magnesium chelate is supposed to not cause that bloated look but with diet and cardio is done right there probably is no need to get off it and its not that expensive my green mag cost me like 25 bucks on amazon and it has 80 servings which is almost 3 months

I drink by the quart. Very easy to get a gallon+ that way. Don't drink the water cold either.

Maybe that's why I was soo dehydrated last night after drinking while on creatine...fukked up my stroke game last night. :pacspit:
