First of all street milk is not milk, it's called Bhaang
Bhang is a mixture made by drying, grinding, and soaking the buds and leaves of Sativa weed plants to form a paste that’s added to food and drinks.
Sometimes there's hash in there too, there's places where you can find some in Toronto.
It has been used in food and drink as early as 1000 BC in ancient India.

During certain religious festivals if you see people acting high it's because they drank this.
Sometimes they add cashew nuts in the drink as well.

However the actual video is him complaining that the nurse has not closed the valve to the catheter in his arm for injecting medications and he had bled out through the night…
Absolutely nothing to do with shytting or street food or street milk.

Even here in the US most nurses such at their job. Its basically an entry level position out of school. But lives are in your hand.
