I would be down for Ime but we already had somebody in the front office that was out there we don’t need Ime back on his shyt

Honestly no one cares about this except the media and fans who just want to gossip. If theres wins, no ones saying anything. There wont be boycotts in front of LCA because he fukked one of his bosses wives.

It’s gotta be Collins right? Especially with how well Mike Brown is doing with the Kings. That up and down the court offense will pack out the arena.
Not really comparable. Mike has been a head coach multiple times and learned from his experiences, (good and bad) coaching hall of famers. Cant just pick off a coach cause he's on a generational team and think he’ll work stylistically.

Wouldn't be mad at it but im big on the coach and overall team matching the cities energy and i don’t know if thats Collins. Theres a reason why they had the worst record and were 12th in attendance.

Ime should be the guy and i would have to know what Charles Lees philosophies are before i could assume hes the right guy. Same goes for any first time head coach really.

True but the last 4 or 5 coaches have been “experienced”. And we have been trash since ish was in office. I’d be cool with a brand new philosophy.

Does anyone have a skillset review of our coaching finalists? I've been looking online and can't find anything beyond so and so is a defensive architect. Basketball doesn't do a good job promoting their up and coming coaches the way the NFL does. Does anyone have links to articles for these guys? I'm trying to find something to get excited about.

The allegations are wild. This MFer was wilding with a capital W. They wasn’t going within 500 miles of Ime.

The Detroit Free Press story recounts several of the alleged incidents, including:

  • Belittling her to her face and to other Pistons employees.
  • Regular comments about her clothing and her appearance.
  • Inappropriately asking her to pick up and watch his son, and when she informed another person in the Pistons organization this was happening, that individual yelled at her and told her to keep it quiet because it was a “liability.”
  • Touching of her breasts and genital areas.
  • Asking her if she wanted to perform oral sex on him
  • Constant touching of her legs and backside
  • Grabbing her and kissing her on the mouth while she was in Murphy’s home
  • Pushing her down on his bed, and when she pushed him away, she says he told her “Sex is sex. You think too much.”
  • Showing her he had an erection in multiple instances while working in the office.
  • Alleging he offered to let her travel with the team if she would sleep with him but “if you’re not ready for that, you’re not ready for travel.”
  • Put another woman on speakerphone where he discussed having sex with the woman.
  • An allegation Murphy was already sleeping with other women at work, including a director level employee of the team.
  • An allegation Murphy sent an email to HR indicating Raska resigned by choice when she says that was not the case.
  • Constant unwanted calls and texts even after she left the position.

I can’t believe people think they can get away with shyt like this, in this day and age.

I hope he struggles to find any meaningful work. What a piece of shyt.

And the person that said don’t bring this to me needs to be unemployed for a while too. Someone confided in me that they were cornered at work and was told to give head. Although I didn’t want to deal with the shyt, I saw it all the way to the end. Whoever she went to is a straight coward and shouldn’t have anyone behind them in their chain of command.

James Edwards new article on Athletic:

As for Kevin Ollie, his candidacy has nothing to do with the potential of any Overtime Elite players being drafted by Detroit. Ollie is someone who some in the organization truly believe has the personality traits and basketball knowledge necessary to be a successful NBA head coach. Only time will tell if that’s the case, but it sounds like the Pistons are very intrigued in finding out.

Ollie is a real candidate who, I believe, is the front-runner for the vacancy.
