More Occam's Razor:

The motive for the attack was money. Since Draymond nickname is "money green", he really values money. Dubs management let Dray know he was going to have to earn his extension on the court this year. While young "cocky" Poole will (potentially) get a bigger bag than him first.

Dray went feminine with the acting different energy, lol. Oh Poole cut his hair different now? lol. Poole talk with a British accent like royalty now, lol?

Dray was really upset about money. How a millionaire with podcast and a tnt contract that upset?

Dray probably say due to his upbringing money is do or die as an explanation. Dray will say he crossed the line but only did a controlled WWE punch. But money and love of the game made him do it.

Dray is a clown. Dray a clown for having some media folks try to spin it too.

bobby portis was suspended 8 games by the bulls the next day after he broke mirotic jaw during a training camp practice. since theres no injury it seems like they were going to try and just let bygones be bygones. it also seems like the video changes that. interesting to see at what point they make a decision.

What could he possibly gain from leaking this to TMZ? How does this put himself in a better position? What Poole allegedly said/did is hardly damning.

Draymond's indiscretions are almost entirely because of him being impulsive (like this punch for instance). There's no evidence to suggest he's the type of person to go through the dark channels of TMZ; the risks of getting caught outweigh whatever benefits there are. Not even Haynes had this information of what went down, but we're supposed to believe Draymond went running to TMZ with ti?

Y'all are letting y'all hatred of him fukk with your common sense.

As I said above, you don't think it's more likely the person(s) who sent the video to TMZ couldn't also be the one who shared the information?
:gucci: Breh I fukk with Draymond and the Warriors for years I don’t hate him at all. I just think his attitude has been getting worse and every year.

Wherever nikkas need to be told on
You don't think it was humiliating for KD when Draymond told him "We don't need you. We won without you." for all the world to witness? Some would argue it's even more so.

I don't think it's any different, and I don't think it's anything this squad can't overcome. They've been through worse times.

Many thought the Warriors couldn't get past that, and they did, where only injuries stopped them from winning that season. Whatever happens this season, the Warriors' championship hopes are not going to be decided by this. I said earlier in the thread, but in 1-2 months time, this will be forgotten, and there'll be some other fukkery that occupies our minds.

The fact this happened before the season even begun should give even more credence to them working towards moving past this, and it being a distant memory by the time the postseason rolls around.

We shall see Gil.

I’m not going to pretend I have the crystal ball to know for sure what’s going to happen.

I think the KD shyt was humiliating too but it’s not nearly on the same level as this. Verbally insulting is different than physically assaulting.

These Warriors are resilient, though, and ultimately I wouldn’t be absolutely shocked if they get through this together but if I’m putting my money on something it’s that there will be some lingering fall-out and it will hamper chemistry to the point it stops them from being at their best. For it to have a chance of working, Draymond would have to humble himself and make real efforts to right his wrongs, Poole would have to be mentally tough and mature enough to not let it affect what happens on that basketball floor, and the Warriors would have to be patient and committed to seeing it through. We’ll see.

Of course not, Breh you’re going to HR for all that loud jawing.

I’m firing y’all nikkas if you’re yelling and cussing at each other during my presentation. :camby:

And this is why trying to equate the atmosphere in pro sports to corporate america. It ain’t even close.

So why ain't Dray lean on the front office. Go up there and put his body on them!?!! They cut the checks...not Poole. I mean, it's a sports environment. Hmmm......
