Of course, it's only going to complicate the situation, but Draymond is Draymond. They won't hang him out to dry with all the success he's brought this franchise, and the relationships he's built within the organization. Who is Poole? He hasn't proven or done a damn thing for this franchise. It'd be different if Draymond laid out Steph or Klay, but we all know that an altercation like that would never happen between the OGs.
The truth is, the Warriors are not going to be able to keep all the players that are now on the team, and whoever is sacrificed would've been sacrificed regardless of this incident.
