One thing I see too much of is "Draya is dumb." Of course she is, that's why she hired lawyers. The lawyers aren't dumb. They know the law. They know how to fight cases. They know what to say and do to make it a real case and not something thrown out in seconds
Y'all think they let her just make up numbers and statements and laws and then go along with it without checking if it's legal and will work? His lawyers did the same.
