Houston, by way of Pittsburgh.
The same nikkas and bytches dissing him and laughin at him now we're the same ones who were his biggest fans and loved all his music back then.

shyt is just crazy how fickle fans are. Im not even a Drake fan or that big of a Kendrick fan but i did know of him and TDE back in 2005-06 when i was a huge west coast head.

Yea, and then we grew the fukk up. I remember listening to So Far Gone when I was 18, I'm 33 now and this weird ass nikka is still talking about the same shyt. Actually, his content got even more immature.

That's what some of y'all don't realize. We grew up and Drake didn't.

:snoop: No way could I listen to this cap without calling him out on it, smh. shyt would irk at my soul.

The original title on his radio station was even called “Cha Cha Remix”.

What do you think youre proving? The lyrics and title are nothing alike and doesnt disprove how he came up with Hotline bling

Stop it. Thats MOST rappers. You chose to ride a wave and then you jumped off when it wasnt as cool anymore.

This is Ja Rule and Ja Rule fans 2.0

"Riding a wave" and just growing as a person, finding new interests/getting bored with others are two completely different things :dahell: it's natural if you work on yourself as a person as you get older. This isn't the first time people have said Drake's music never matured.

this ain't a hill worth dying on.

This has been my main issue with the KDot/Drake "beef". Cats switched up on him to ride with Kenny because it was the cool thing to do. IE Demar DeRozan.

To me thats no identity. Of course there's a difference if someone outgrows certain music o whatever. But you and i know that example
doesnt represent MOST people im talking about. MAJORITY of people are just wave riders.

Today its this brand, actor, rapper, b-ball player, team whatever and they on IT cuz thats the trend..and right off it the next second. Smh

Because his music and public persona changed.

Drake use to be the rapper who wasn't afraid to be vulnerable talking about his relationships in songs. That's the main reason he had all the women fans, and also the reason alot of men (unfairly) called him a lame.

Now his shyt sounds like red pill Andrew Tate music. Now he raps about women like they're worthless sex objects.

People say his music never matured, but it's actually a regression because his old music was much more mature than the shyt he puts out now.
