Drake and his crew are masterful at tapping the exact moment of cultural/societal moments and feelings, it's as simple as that.
But also, on another level, his music is very very very traditional value based, packaged as cutting edge music. That simple line, the only thing that sticks in the whole hook is "hit the group chat and tell them it's a wrap", and that is the literal hook to hang the whole song on, because it connects with people, who know exactly what he means.
Pop music is really very, near comedically universal concepts that make each individual connect to it, Drake does that in a very sophisticated way.
