This album is a result of Drake dropping annual albums 3 times,3 straight years in a row. If he would've took a year off it would've been better.
Pusha T jokes aside, "March 14" is dope.

Terrible album closer. T-Minus delivered a dud on that and it's a shame especially after Do Not Disturb.:snoop:

To be honest I thought we were goin somewhere when Nonstop came on... but he didn't even really eat that like he should've. Not really into the pace of the side A. To me the shyt sounds kinda quickly done. This guy did like every popular style. I'll see how I feel about it later but prolly not in the mood. Still pissed about Nonstop that shyt coulda been crazy 2nd track.

Delivery, flow and cadence was 0. He mailed it in on that. Sounds like some uninspired raps. Beat was fuego.

Here's the short review: When Kendrick or Cole make an album, I know its because they had some shyt to get off their chest because they're artist. When Drake makes an album, its because he had a quota to reach for the quarter. He's a manufacturer; he's Don Draper the rapper. He's not going to make "that album" because as he said, he could give us 10 "Emotionless" type joints and he'd have that classic. But that's not his aim (and that's a bullshyt line anyway). He makes great cotton candy music; great in the moment, no good calories, and dissolves the second it hits your tongue and then it's done and over with

Felt if he decided to not release more life and take a two year break. This album would have classic potential. Especially the B side tracks. Imagine side b with ice melts, jorja interlude, blem, passion fruit aond since way back.

March 14 sounds rushed and uninspired. Especially for a track addressing his current affairs. Imagine the beat for Do Not Disturb used for that.

Dope album. Most complete album since Take Care. I dont count IYRTITL or whatever its called even tho it was a gotdamn banger.

Ive listened to the entire album twice. Drake let his feelings out on this album. :mjcry: I totally understand March 14. I almost had a kid this year with a chick I wasnt sure about.

Nikka this is a banger filled album and the hate inside of you got you sounding autistic with a spinner hat on. :laff:

I've given it 3 full listens. Its a good 4/5 album. My biggest complaint is that he split the discs to be the rap shyt on A and the R&B shyt on B. The best part of every Drake album is the smooth transitions and intertwining of all the songs. There's none of that with this split, which is probably why some think its boring. The tone stays the same for long stretches of time.
