Cardo really made it to the big leagues these past few years. Original Taylor Gang stans where yall at :to: - the wave stopped with Kush & OJ but we had a good run :sadbron:

Cardo is the best producer in the game now. Everything he makes is a must listen. The only reason Wiz has fallen so far off is lack of Cardo/Sledgren beats. :yeshrug:

That being said I still listen to everything Wiz and Chevy Woods drop to this day so the wave never stopped for me :wow:

All in all, this isn't a bad album. This is probably his 2nd best album overall. I'm just tired of Drake. His shyt is stale as fukk. 7/10 album.

A few Push and Ye jabs ain't cuttin it for me either. :camby:

If Drake took a break for awhile like Jay or Eminem did before this, that would probably make me more forgiving, but he's just oversaturated for me. He's constantly dropping and keeping himself relevant, which is what you're supposed to do, but it's pushed me away, and I'm a guy who rode with him back in 06. From IYRTITL til now I've felt this way and I don't see it changing at this point until I hear him finally do something different. :beli:
At this point, Drake isn't gonna break from the formula. His singles were classic Drake, we knew what the album was gonna sound like for the most part.

overall i think this is his worst album no bangers like free smoke or portland

none of the singing songs are marvins room or find your love level (hence nothing new or intresting)

march 14 isnt one of his classic outro tracks and actilly very cringeworthy

besides the production every other part is a step back

the curse of the double album strikes again

maybe if this was like 14 tracks it be very solid

Gods Plan is the best song on this and been out for months

Finished listening to it, my thoughts summed up in these gifs:

A side of the album, a struggle thumbs up

B side of the album, a hard thumbs down.

Damn breh you keeping the old dream alive, Wiz has glimpses of his former glory but its just not the same :mjcry:

All the Taylor Gang producers should have made it big time: Johnny Juliano, Sledgren, Cardo. At least we got one...Wiz probably don't fukk with Cardo bc he didnt sign to Taylor Gang officially :sadbron:
