It's a reference to when Draymond Green was trash talking Paul Pierce and he was telling him "You think you Kobe? You not Kobe. You keep chasing that farewell tour. They don't love you." Basically saying Joe Budden thinks he's more important than he is. At the end, nobody is going to remember his career, he's pretty forgettable in the landscape of Hip Hop history.
