Lets look at the facts

1. Multiple witnesses and gun powder residue corroborate that a gun was fired

2. Meg had bullet fragments in her feet

3. Because of points 1 & 2, someone had to have fired the gun at megan

If tory said on the stand that Kelsey didn't do it, who does that leave?

For someone as skilled with critical thinking such as yourself, this should be an easy call to make

Tory never got on the stand and said Kelsey didn’t do it.

There was no multiple witnesses that said he did it. One witness who was the bodyguard. Said Kelsey grabbed the gun. The other witness. Switch his story but said he saw them both fighting over the gun. Only one of them was allowed to testify.

The gun residue was on Kelsey but for him it was inconclusive. That corroborates them fighting over the gun.

I don’t think she wasn’t shot. I think they were fighting over the gun. The shyt shot off and hit the ground and the fragments hit her foot.

The question is about WHO grabbed the gun first.
