I didn't like that project either, so I ain't the best one to talk to about that one. Gave it a listen and that was it, I liked Jimmy Cooks though and will still play that one occasionally.

The critics seem to have this weird double standard where they think a wealthy bachelor isn’t supposed to be selfish or express how they feel about women without excessive pandering or feminist framing.

Yeah not feeling this one. I get they were going for a 90's R&B album but it doesn't work. His last album with 21 is actually better. Just my opinion.
