I mean it sounds bleak but if you get help on the social anxiety (therapy, prescription, plain ol weed), theres a path to a better life. If you're a porn addict that'll take therapy and probably rehab as well. Comes down to how deadset you are on changing

I believe so, but I'm no doctor so verify the type of drug, the brand, and a strength with a doc, tinker with strength, and brands until you find what's optimal y. I will say that finding inner peace/strength/fortitude, is great but few reach/keep it. Most cope, and manage their imbalances and deficiencies with something, for better or worse drugs are usually the quickest way to adjust moods, and deal with mental/emotional issues.
