As a drake fan, I don't like where he's at.
Truthfully the hype is always the last thing to go.
He's making a habit out of putting out subpar projects. Below average projects.
This is like the 3rd or fourth (WATTBA was a huge step down from DS2, and only one variable changed, which was adding Drake) in a row.
I'm not saying he's 50 during the massacre, because he's far past that point. But he definitely is in that same space.
Not when it comes to his run or the stage of his career. But at that point where people are hyping up subpar music because of their love for em.
Don't know what's next, but what normally is next is that someone newer and younger is about to emerge. Probably by the end of this year who's going to challenge him for that spot in the next coming years.
We'll see.
