Pre pleading depositions is insane. Some lawyer taking this kid’s money. I’ve never seen that granted - I think his lawyers just fished for every state that had some sort of pre-pleading discovery procedure and are hoping it will stick somewhere because otherwise they don’t have any evidence to go off of.
