You dumbass, they would need to review the response and would have to be consulted for the facts. You know how hard it is to set up those times to speak given everything going on? It would take hours to go through and fact check this complaint and come up with the appropriate denials. Of course they requested more time, which is the norm when responding to a complaint any way. Most people don’t respond in the 21 days mandated by law absent an extension. I usually ask for 30 days extension off top.
