Yeah I'm confused too. Everywhere says the lawsuit was filed today(Wednesday) in New York.

I guess yesterday when we got that other report it was somebody spreading fake news. No wonder it was only claimed on a few websites yesterday that he was dropping the lawsuit.

I'm more inclined to believe this new report today.
