if you told me 2 years ago that Kendrick would be the only hip hop artist to ever debut 3 different song at #1 on the billboard in a single calendar year, and Drake would get Ja Ruled...Everybody expected Kendrick to win, but this shyt is just crazy :gladbron:

He can thank Drake for that stimulus because Kendrick wasn’t doing it on his own… :mjlol:

how can a Haitian pretend to be black :jbhmm:

Meaning he could have just said "I'm haitian" this whole time; the haitians I know are all proud and identify as that over saying they are black (even though Haitians are almost all of African decent).

Them Indian hands in the pic Darpinder provided anyway

That half a nikka Drake tucked his tail, grabbed his ball, and not only ran home, he ran straight to his LAWYER.

He stood court-side at the Raptors game and as a grown ass man, mean mugged a player because said player appeared for all of three seconds in the music video that cemented his brand new alias (Certified Pedophile)

He took down all of his own diss tracks off social media in act of abdication.

He’s running to Australia when he needs a check balance, conspicuously on the same day his opponent will perform the diss song that gave him his new alias (Certified Pedophile) in front of the entire free world of the Northern Hemisphere.

If these aren’t the moves of a man who knows he LOST then I don’t know what it is. All thats left is for him to go on Hot 97 and cry about how vulgar Not Like Us is and apologize to K.Dot’s wife.

Oh shyt

Aubrey really did schedule his tour in another country during the Super Bowl just to avoid the embarrassment.

That’s some straight up hoe shyt.

Man the fukk up and join your Young Money folks in the N.O. during the game.

Why assume Drake even thinks Kendrick won? Has he publicly conceded or said anything to suggest that? It feels like people are projecting motives onto him, making this about losing instead of focusing on what’s actually in the filings.

That said, filing the pre-action petition right after Kendrick’s album drop does feel deliberate. While it might seem petty, it could also be a calculated move to disrupt UMG’s push for Kendrick’s new album and draw attention to his claims. I’m not saying that’s a good thing, just pointing out the strategy.

Even so, the timing does open Drake up to criticism that he’s bitter or trying to discredit Kendrick’s work out of spite.
He is saying in this pre-action that the song damaged his brand to the point of potentially losing millions of dollars. That's an L
