“Jimmy Cooks” being #1 on the charts speaks volumes about how the public took the album.

This album might be a grower and MIGHT be appreciated over the years by the public. But like I stated before on this thread, this album gonna be lost in the sauce as the year progresses. Especially if/when Drake jumps on more songs and drops “Scary Hours 3.”

At this point I wouldn’t even be surprised if he makes “Scary Hours 3” a full fledge rap album just so he can go down in history as having the number 1 dance album and the number 1 rap album in the same year.

I'm back to say this is a borderline classic.. would've been an instant classic if there were some different people on certain vocals.

bizarre he made an album like this and Majid Jordan weren't involved.

funniest thing was seeing peoples instant reactions on social media and them changing their minds over the weekend/week and its only going to grow.
this and Bad Bunny's albums are set in stone soundtracks for the summer

He could’ve had majid Jordan on one song, disclosure on another and PND singing on at least one. It would be instant classic :ohlawd:

how do you justify your point knowing that two other songs from the album are in the top 10?

in the hood, all i hear is jimmy cooks, but drake still got female fans and nikkas like me who became fans of backpack drake and respect his eclectic talent

What I’m saying is that the only pure RAP song from Drake’s “dance” album is the top song on the charts while the rest of them are barely on the top 10 and on the top 50.

The drop off next week is gonna be something serious..

:dahell: Jimmy Cooks is #1 while having nothing to with the EDM of the rest of the album (sounds like some memphis trap), so how does that make the album a "grower"?
