So when the letter from Drake's lawyer says "please consider this formal notice that the Aspire and Cash Money Agreements are terminated by the self-effectuating terms" that has nothing to do with Cash Money?

When the letter says "both Aspire and CM/YM have wholly failed or refused to properly account to and pay Mr. Graham the amounts due him from the sale of his recordings" that has nothing to do with Cash Money?

That's not him trying to get out of the deal?
