There's no maybe about it.. the word shouldn't be used all unless that person is being charged with and accused of something and people are actually going to try and do something about it instead of sitting on the internet and using it as a talking point mainly because of a rap beef.

In the case of someone like Dan Schneider, a couple of those accusations against him are literally based on internet rumors and what people think happened and are either untrue or haven't corroborated by his alleged victims. Jamie Lynn Spear's daughter literally looks like her dad, yet you still have people here running with the narrative that Dan Schneider is her dad.

It's a reason why outlets out here aren't using that word against Drake and watching what they say about these situation because it could easily turn into a lawsuit against him.
