The fact that this "nuke" is being over shadowed by Kendricks shyt is bad news for Aubrey. Let's be real :yeshrug: .....the abuse and stepson shyt didn't really land with the public. This was supposed to be the Kendrick killer.

Aubrey gotta have something more up his sleeve now. This track definitely hard though. But should have saved that middle part for a separate track and kept this one strictly at Kendrick. That 3rd part is the best drake shyt since his early days. But again it's being overshadowed by the fact dot hit him with a reverse so quickly.

I think Kendrick misstepped here if I'm being honest. Dropping minutes after Drake works in the short term but then due to the chaos of multiple track within minutes of each other people go back and check both after letting them breath. I'm thinking people are being a lot more amiable to Drake's now the dust is starting to settle.

This track is fire but Drake is just not going up against Kendrick stans, Weeknd, Future, Ross, Metro not to mention Riri stans are all going against him online.

Drake's is a commercial song. It was made for plays. Kendricks is some grimy ass underground shyt. It wasn't made to compete numbers wise. Only to steal some thunder from Aubrey's premier. And it's working so far. You gotta admit. The fact that Kendrick made some sinister shyt like that go viral is wild in today's rap landscape. We really seeing commercial fans embracing underground hip hop again. This could be a cultural shift happening here.

Drake's song is a still a banger though :hubie:

I will give Drake credit for this...

His main premise is that Kendrick is a fake-deep hypocrite. The more Kendrick drops, the more he proves Drake right because, when peeled back, his bars are soaked with hypocrisy and contradiction.
Bro, Kendrick made these walls, and he’s pointing at Drake objectifying and sexualizing black women lol

That’s why I laugh when nikkas say Kendrick would beat so & so in a battle. A pure elite emcee would castrate Dot & that’s no disrespect

Everybody keep saying this. Homie stock completely dropped. He can't claim the top spot anymore which is all he raps about anymore
Actually with how things have transpired, Cole's view and perspective on this situation will be a moment in hip-hop that a lot of people will be tuning in for regardless

Its gonna be worse imo. Only the biggest Jay stans claim he won, if this shyt cools down and nobody backs up these outrageous fukking claims with some proof?

Oh man smfh Im handing them BOTH the L and us collectively cause it would have all been a huge waste of time AND the normalization of chatty patty behavior in a battle from BOTH SIDES

It's a new era. Grown men can't be shamed anymore for being chatty patties. :dame:

Now that I've listened to Meet The Grahams Kendrick up lol.

I liked Family Matters, but some of the things he called Kendrick out on, Drake ain't the person to be doing it.

Like "You ain't a real gangster so and so is". To me that's corny coming from Drake.
