Good track. Still can’t shake the stench of a ghostwriter tho. The fact Drake has to justify it as helping out Quinton Miller does little to help. Drake’s best lines were really going at Ye, but that doesn’t work cause basically he is dissing himself for not writing his raps.
Plus Pusha kinda preemptively addressed a lot of the issues in the song. All Drake said was your boss uses me as a ghostwriter, u old, u not hot/u ain’t even the hottest on your label, u didn’t sell all the drugs u say u sold. Will listen again tho. Didn’t think Drake would try to rappity rap again after the ghostwriting fiasco. His lane is cemented in the happy, positive Will Smith type lane. He should embrace it.
