He got writers credits for A LOT of the rap content on Drakes 2nd and Third album (Anthony Palman). He been writing for him longer than that but you don't get any publishing unless your name is on the song.
I study rap, I know this nikkas style enough to know what is what. The question is do you care? If you don't you don't. But given that Drake has been caught using stencils and has a nikka on staff that can really rap that you NEVER hear from, who has writing credits on like 15-20 songs (that he gonna eat off of, for life), it's safe to assume he's gonna be involved whatever battle rappin Drake is doing as the front man for the operation.

Ye doesn't use ghostwriters. He credits everyone who works on his songs. That's the exact opposite of a GHOST writer. A ghost is something you can't see.
you can go to drake's albums and look at the credits and see "Anthony Palman" in a bunch of songs bruhUntil I get actual proof of this ghostwriting stuff I'm not just gonna be holding on artist foot to the fire when well rappity artist have admitted to having reference tracks and songs and taking whole songs from other artist. And Drake be responding to stuff almost instantly, while the people getting at him take, months, if not years for a couple bars.
At some point I gotta call a spade a spade, and drake gives off the appearance that he writes most of his stuff while heavily taking a reference track and almost X copying it also.
