Drake got called out.

He tried to diss Meek on Charged Up.

Meek dismissed it with a tweet because it really wasn't that good.

Drake dropped another diss last night to redeem himself..

Now we're just waiting for Meek to respond.

I think he's allowed to take more than 1 day...

How much time you giving him before you he to hold that L :patrice:

That's the thing man, I was the biggest drake fan before this happened. Dude really had a claim for greatest discography of these new school guys. He had the technical ability and the crossover appeal. He wasn't the most street guy, but the fact he made it in spite of all that shyt stacked up against him was a testament to the guy's talent. But that was all predicated on his ability on the mic. Contrary to what Drake is trying to say now, he's not a "singing nikka", he's a rapper who sings a bit. He's not usher. His appeal was that although he was "soft" he had real abilities on the mic and was able to tell his story in an undeniably talented manner. But to be not writing your own shyt while claiming you the nicest in the game means you a fraudulent ass nikka. That's why I'm so disappointed by this, because dude had a legit claim on being king. How you the best rapper alive when someone else is telling you how to rap and what to say? And I'm not saying he's never written a verse in his life, that would be ridiculous. But the fact that he reference tape dropped and he hasn't even denied any of this is proof enough for me. If this was a one time thing, he'd have responded differently. But he's asterixed in the game now. He's a more talented Easy-E now; a guy whose main contribution is style.

:mjcry:

That vine accurately depicts how I'm feelin about Meek right now

I see a lot of these arguments going on about Meek being pressed for time.

If Meek Mill doesn't drop that diss until 2 months from now, if it's good, the hype will immediately come back.

The only way Meek could fukk up by taking long, is if Drake drops that megaton bomb we know he has in his back pocket before Meek drops his diss.

Then he'd simply be dead in the water.

Weak or not Meek started this, so even with something weak he should have had material ready to pop back at drake. Since it was weak, it would have been the perfect opportunity to go for the throat.

The fact he allowed time for both Drake and Safaree to diss him, then Drake diss him again. A nikka really ready to battle ain't going that long quiet.

The longer Meek waits, the more incredible that diss has to be. All he's doing now is building anticipation. Drake has the right strategy. He dropping little disses to keep his momentum up. I hope Drake sings his next diss :mjlol:

True.

But at this point Meek's career is sort of on the line.

I'm can't get mad at him for taking his time with this potentially life changing diss.

Because if it flops, his rap career will definitely take a very different turn from here on out.

black nikkas might've started Jazz and Rock, etc too but this rap shyt is different fam. This became an entire culture for nikkas and now its slippin hard. Its not just that Drake is a fraud - he a grown man, if he has to make $$$ using writers so be it - its all the people giving him a pass for it. The good thing about rap is that it could police itself to an extent. The fans can make their voices heard we saw that with Ja Rule literally getting taken out the game. Now u got white people gassed up all trying to act hard because they live vicariously through Drizy. Drake aint the first fake nikka in rap but he the first to be givin a full pass for it.

Meek was the ONLY one with the balls to speak up on this shyt.

Meek ain't done shyt. That's the crazy part of that beef he started. He ain't no Nas or Hov or even J Cole. He a over hyped yelling ass dude with average/below average bars.

Why is Drake still simping Nicki? This dude is praying the relationship with Meek falls apart. That's not a good look. I won't bother posting the videos. We've all seen them. He's been simping on her for years and even in these diss records he's still simping.

If I'm Meek, that has to be part of my retort. the way Drake is around Nicki is fukking lame :mjlol:

He didn't know breh. :wow:

I mean, did anyone really expect this much wrath from Drake?
Two diss songs nikka? TWO?! :mindblown: Meek Mill didn't even say anything personal!

He probably thought his accusation would be enough, and that public reaction would handle the rest.
Boy he was oh so wrong. :wow:

Facts are, he should have been more prepared. And said what he did in the studio, instead of on twitter.
