I Am A God
It’s not for me. I’m probably never going to listen to this again. That’s not saying it’s bad either. Just not for ME. Keep in mind I’m old and washed too lol. Honestly for me I can always find something I enjoy on a Drake album and dope tracks to spin DJ wise but as a whole I’ve never been crazy about any of his albums outside of Take Care and So Far Gone really. I kinda look at Drake like Beyonce, as a product of this generation in that they’re great artists who tons of great music who could dominate a playlist but don’t have those groundbreaking magnum opus albums that define the era or genre.

This project sounds like all his other stuff. Beats, lyrics and hooks just sound like something he done previously before over and over game. Very formulaic is the term actually.

It’s not surprising at all that these last two loosie projects were better than his last 3 mid ass albums. There’s still a couple skippable tracks but this was still far more enjoyable than his previous stuff

It’s a good album. Nothing that’ll blow you away but if you like drake then it’ll be more music to enjoy for you.
