I always thought it wasn't nothing serious, like before this drake talked bad on tyga because he was signed to reebok and drake was signed to nike, but I don't actually think it was real beef or anything just a healthy jab.

I think Drake has genuine love for him and vice versa, but their careers went in different directions.

it’s deeper than that, to be honest I just think Tyga sees what we all see, a corny fake Jew trying to be down.

The quarrel between Tyga, 29, and Drake escalated in 2014 when Tyga claimed to Vibemagazine that his friendship with Drake had been forced by their then-mutual music label, YMCMB.


“I don’t like Drake as a person. He’s just fake to me,” the “Taste” singer said. “We were forced together and it was kinda like we were forcing relationships together.”

Drake started his lame passive aggressiveness after that comment with liking/posting photos of Tygas BM and ex. I think drake also removed Tyga from truffle butter because he told Nicki he wouldn’t be on it if Tyga was. That was a rumor, it’s confirmed that Tyga was taken off but not why.

So more than just play beef, definitely some resentment between the two.
