Drake is probably the only artist that I want 15+ songs from because I know that he'll deliver on majority of them. Shouldn't be more than Scorpion though, 17-18 would be cool.
I'm a big fan but I have little patience for filler.

Most good albums have at least 1-3 filler tracks or songs not everyone messes with like that.
I don't know how much music you listen to but there are plenty of records out there that are all killer, no filler. I don't think artists should get a pass for making lazy tracks to pad out their mechanical royalties.
