Spent like 6 hours running around looting and fighting non stop. Just realized my stuff isn't ripping nor rotting

It's a problem because I wanted to do the quest that has the other tome of the souls book. Maybe I have something equipped that's preventing stuff from going bad or is it just a bug?

There's a....I want to say Sorcerer Augment....that slows how fast things spoil.

Does one of your Pawns have that?

My preferred class too. Only downside to me is stamina management. Once I get my mage to learn the celestial paean skill I won't have to worry about it.

I hired a Pawn that has it, allows me and the crew to go stupid

Archer can launch Heavenly Shot whenever she wants

I started playing Magic Archer and it’s a night and day difference in terms of game play. It’s definitely one of my favorites.

I think @Zero said this is a PS3 game on steroids....I'm sure Itsuno would consider that high praise, since that's more or less what he set out to do. Make a next gen version of the first game.

I've gotten back into the OG Dragon's Dogma groove where I'm just roaming the lands wrecking shyt for fun now. No goals but fukking monsters up

Once you get the Spearhand, I would advise going to the Dragon's Tower to get the Mastery. There's an OP ability that lets you double yourself and do double damage. I wanna go back to Thief but it feels like I'm not doing enough damage even though I have the stats

Fukk what anyone says - this game is some HEAT. Story is absolute trash but I’m here for the fukkery. Rolling with my Mystic Spearman and my team of PAWGS straight burying fools .
Last night I fought a chimera and a bunch of those poison lizards rolled in and 3rd partied, had my squad almost clapped.
Tried to walk to the nearest town damn near on life support and my dumbass pawns fell down a waterfall

Seems like people keep putting Archer in like C tier, but if my Magic bow can nuke Dragons, wtf is going on with a fully prepped Thief

I think Archer is mos def Mid tier but Magic bumps it up to a high B only because we can’t dodge for shyt, ive been literally stomped to death many times

I'm at level 30 and I've NEVER been attacked while camping
Also level 30 seems to be when you become OP to the majority of the enemies.

pretty sure its based on how much time you spend 'clearing the roads'

so if you've been doing work fighting while traveling on a regular basis, the encounter rate on oxcarts should drop significantly

Yeah I've been wrecking beasts on the roads and it seems there's a LOT more soldiers patrolling now
