I was thinkin archer just so i can do that quest with the elf and get the stamina perk, bc these warrior nyggas got no cardio

I was thinking the same, decided to switch to archer and I'm a bit disappointment in it from how strider and ranger were in DD1, but it's not the worst change probably did it for balance.

My biggest beef with Archer is having certain moves being dependent on having certain arrows.

Yeah this game is an all-timer I can see now why there's no lock on option,, you'd be dying CONSTANTLY falling from cliffs that you didn't notice.

holy shyt, i made it, managed to run all the way to the griffin with the Medusa head, lost all my pawns, no Health potions, in the middle of the night, froze the griffin, dodged skeletons for 5 minutes, then somehow ran all the way back to the check point. This is on top of not even using my real vocation, i have no clue how to play a thief. The most stressful 40 minutes I spent in a game

what's the major difference between this and Baldur's Gate?

Outside of both being fantasy and having elves and trolls, there’s no similarities

This is more like skyrim or dragon age with monster hunter combat

it's an AI pawn that was created by online gamers. but they learn things playing with their 'arisen', and can show them to you. try to recruit high level pawns, because they'll show you where everything at (and they kick ass)
