These just the ones that come to mind bro. Super at its best wasnt fukking with even the older style DBZ at its best, definitely not the best of Cell/Buu sagas. The animation in Super was way less smooth and less detailed. Sound effects were much weaker too. Punches didn’t have weight, blasts didn’t have great scale. Just different, cheaper style all together.

I agree. Super animation comes off too sanitized. It's hard to explain but it's hit or miss for me too.

Buu saga is legit the most overrated shyt ever. DBZ should've ended with a climatic Goku vs Majin Vegeta fight.

The UI debut episode was probably the single greatest regular season show in DB history (art / animation quality wise), and a top 3 episode on par with events like Goku's arrival vs Nappa / Freeza, SS Goku debut vs Freiza, SS 2 Gohan debut vs cell

TOP was fire. Amazing animation, some of the most hype moments in the whole series. Jiren is VERY generic as a villain tho. Bascially Toguro without the compelling backstory. Everything after TOP in the manga feels like borderline fan-fiction. They need to catch up to the end of Z already.

I dug the Future Trunks arc. Felt the last fight with Zamasu could have been executed better.
