Lol, I know I'm in the minority here, but I like the no fcuks given attitude by Goku. Goku doesn't fear death as he's experienced it so many times so it doesn't mean much to him. In a sense, he's staying true to his character. A warrior whom wants to test his strength against the strongest of the strong. Reminds me of when Apollo was talking to Rocky in this clip here:



Of course we all know what happened to Apollo. But at the end of the day, Goku is a pure warrior. There really isn't much else for him aside from doing battles. He's always been a character whom thrives in the heat of battles, despite how silly and crazy he can be.

That's why I don't buy the "Evil Goku" theory. Him getting mad because his loved ones are in danger is a "go to move" for him to overcome a more powerful opponent.

I'd like to see him get punished after the tournament is over though. Instead of the typical dinner at Bulma's were everyone laughs at his naiveness, have Beerus go and lock him up Buu style because he's a danger to the world

I wonder how the format of the tournament is going to be. If it's gauntlet style like the first tournament in DBS or five 1 on 1 matchups.

I guess it'll be gauntlet because otherwise it would be kind of predictable who is gonna win or lose. It would be funny if it were a bunch of singles matches and by round 2 one Universe smartens up and pits against their best fighters against their opponents weakest so they can get an easy W...only for Zeno to go and erase them because they spoiled his fun
