i dont think Kefla was all that powerful, at least not if we look at the power jump the portara fusion usually causes. Buuhan was bodying the shyt out of Goku and Vegeta. Vegito was cracking jokes while rag dolling Buu in base form. Kefla barely beat an exhausted Blue Goku minutes after Jiren gave him his worst ass whooping sine heart virus.

His technique will consist of 2parts
1. His energy is untakeable so Moro can’t steal it
2. Maybe vegeta will have the ability to redirect any attack on him and hit you back x100 so for example if goku hits vegeta with a sprit bomb vegeta can absorb it and do a blast 10 times the power of the sprit bomb
