Freiza tried transforming and running straight to earth to get sonned already when he first learned golden form... Don't you think frieza would learn from history... Judging off their 3 solo fights with broly, freiza is clearly stronger than Goku and Vegeta, Goku and Vegeta may have to team up to beat freiza at this point, the message Vegeta was trying to convey to goku early in the movie...if u want to take it a step further freiza surpassed both so much, seeing a untapped broly take out the two got it up for him more than simply killing them off top

After watching DB Super Broly in English no cam, no whispers....Its evident that Frieza is hiding another form on the low; firstly vegeta was worried about just that while initially training with Goku......Frieza was basking in the beating Broly gave him, admiring his strength, when he turned Golden Frieza he pushed a shocked Broly back; and appeared he was smirking appearing hes about to stop bullshyting around taking blows from a SS Broly (who made Goku and Vegeta run), until Gogeta interrupted the sparring session; .......Then in the end of the movie Frieza talks of beating Broly alone unworried about his power, not to kill him but needing him in a Goku/Vegeta duel as he understands his new form and how much he improved isn't stronger than a fused Goku/Vegeta; but unfused I think he knows he takes Goku and Vegeta and maneuvered around as such the whole damn movie
