I see. I also wonder since Vegeta and Goku are much stronger now compared to back when they were fighting Zamasu, could they possibly be a bit stronger. My opinion is I think Vegito would have a rough time against Broly.

I do wonder if gogeta's fusion will last longer though after the nerf they gave the potara earrings in super. My boy lasted all of 5 mins against zamasu before defusing.

Once they go blue they are on borrowed time, but while in none ssj form and in god form they should be fine.

Vegito should always be stronger because of the Potara fusion.

My thing is we really haven’t seen Vegito nor Gogeta fight “seriously” so I’m thinking it’s up for debate. From what I’ve seen of Gogeta, he possesses one hit kill attacks. I remember reading somewhere in V-Jump that Gogeta’s power level was close to 3 billion but that was back in 2004 or 2005 I believe.

That doesn’t really make sense (not challenging your guess, just thinking out loud).

Buu created Fat Buu, not vice verse. Fat Buu/The Lord of Lords has already been expelled from the original Buu. And that Buu was murked. It would make more sense that Fat Buu at this point is the Lord of Lords outright, with Majin Buu’s power.

Unless they’re gonna split the two and have whatever’s left of Buu running around eating people to power back up, on some Cell saga shi-....

It's really confusing but he way I look at is like this:

Absorbing the Grand Kaioshin changed Buu's while composition and suppressed his power.

When Fat Buu expelled the evil in him, it split his power in half. And then the evil half absorbed him, so by doing that the evil half took over and made Buu closer to the super Brolic form from the flashback.

So Super Buu is essentially an Inverted Fat Buu. The original evil side has more control. The Grand Kaioshin influence is still there but suppressed. And then detaching Fat Buu from him got rid of all of the Kais and reverted him to his original form. Fat Buu still has all of Kais absorbed into him, but he expelled half of his power, so yeah if all the Kais are removed he'd just become a weak ass, docile version of Kid Buu without the psycho behavior.

tl;Dr the whole thing makes more sense if you look at grey Buu not as a separate form, but just a vessel of evil. So absorbing Fat Buu was tantamount to Buu rearranging himself rather than a standard merger/absorption.

New Broly fighting SSB Goku and Vegeta, after ToP.

SSJ1 Goku with combined energy defeated OG Broly.

SSB Gogeta defeated New Broly.

Common sense tells you New Broly > OG Broly.

New Broly is automatically stronger just off the fact that he's showing up later in the series.

If OG Broly was strong enough to contend with SS God or Blue, they'd have never won in the original movies.


Whether or not they're scared of him is a different story and is just up to the writers.
