The black arc had not one good fight sequence. As I said it was average.

Goku and Trunks vs Black and Zamasu, Trunks alone vs Black and Zamasu, Vegito vs M.Zamasu, SSJ2 Goku vs Base Black, and Vegeta vs Black (last one) were all good/great fights.

Goku Black and Zamasu opposed the gods and murked all the kais in their timeline (forcing the god of destruction and angels to go away), and threatened an entire universe already. Majin Buu did the same thing on a smaller scale too. Anything on a grander scale than Zamasu/Black would just get the grandpriest, angels, and zeno involved and the Z fighters would all be useless.

If anything, they may need to chill on the power levels now. Jiren level threats are good IMO since they were careful enough to have him compete in a battle royal where the really OP characters can't get involved. They nerfed the fukk out of super saiyan god form because when fights get to that level having good writing is damn near impossible.

They can create a scenario where the angels and above can't get involved. Marvel does shyt like that all the time.

Considering the way they was hyping these characters, I wouldn't be surprised if we see this in the future.

After watching infinity War... the next dbz super villain needs to be Thanos level in terms of being a threat, some kind of multidimensional being Who opposes all the gods.
