Not gonna lie that Goku/Black and Zamasu tag fight in Goku’s story had me fukked up last night. I didn’t even know you could tag out for Vegeta. I was trying to fight them both solo with Goku and I got wiped out as soon as they fused.

Most people I read saying they're struggling jumped straight into Battle mode and Episode mode. This isn't the best DBZ game to run into raw


I spent hours in the tutorial + practice mode getting the controls down during my first couple of days with the game. I play on Super difficulty now and still catch the occasional L, but I can solo up to 3 - 4 AI players vs the CPU 80% of the time. The controls are a bit deeper than anticipated, especially coming off of Xenoverse & Kakarot. Get your defense and combo chains down before jumping into the story head first.

And counter every time. The amount of vanish chains ive lost is unreal. I don't even bother trying to do long combos because I know they are just going to triple counter and end it.

This one's in Goku's story - tell Piccolo you don't need his help vs Raditz, then beat him before Piccolo jumps in and helps. It causes Goku to live vs going to train with King Kai.
