12/31/15 New's Eve U.S. Released in Japan next month. So a Subtitled version may make it's way online by the summer hopefully.

Why has it always taken so long for this show to come to the US? Like I can understand in the 90's, but with the way technology has evolved, it should only take a few months.. What is the hold up

Japan is mad strict about bootlegging, so a lot of the time stuff doesn't leak until it hits DVD/Blu-Ray. From what I hear it's a lot harder to get away with going into a movie and trying to record it.
