From what I remember, the DVD drops in Japan in September (it'll probably have English subs).
So thats when I'd expect the fully subbed movie to hit the Internet. It'll probably be quite a while before we get a dub, 2014 at the earliest.

....Sean Schemmel's voice, screams, & kamehameha yell will always be >>>>> the original jap versions....i remember watching the shyt on toonami and then watching the subbed versions during the buu saga and i was like

just seen the movie with subs... ehhh, not bad.. too much respect and fear shown to Lord Bills, but I get it.. he's a God of Destruction and everything.
this nikka Bills is 1 of 12 Gods among other 12 universes he mentioned. And the gay looking side kick of his is his master who of course stronger than Bills... which means Goku and the rest of his squad are Batman & Robin status compared to other Gods in the universes
