I'd actually be down to see Arale playable, if they're looking to have some of the ladies playable apart from Android 18, who's a pretty obvious lock. She's a robot and she's from a gag series, so her being overpowered enough to fight super saiyans can be passed off as a joke.
I think Videl might actually be pretty safe, also because there are so few viable female fighters.
I LIKE Launch, but I don't know about her being actually playable
Even Raditz would wash her. I know guys like Tien and Krillin aren't supposed to be able to beat the most powerful characters, but they can at least theoretically kill the likes of Frieza with their attacks (Tri-Beam, Destructo Disc), and we've seen them throw hands with actual villains.
