Meh, it doesn't change a lot.
So we got to see Zeno's pops (which explains why he's so damn childish) and Bulma is told that no, not everyone is a Majin descendant (remember the round ears?)
It also explains why the Kais are kind of weak compared to big dog fighters like Goku and Jiren.

Personally, I see Zeno, Rymus, and the Grand Priest as the highest iterations of the God of Destruction, Kai, and Angel pairing. Shin also doesn't know about Zeno yet at this point in the timeline, so it's possible that all three came up together.
