Can’t co-sign the BG3 but agree with the rest. I’m enjoying myself, this feels a very BioWare ass BioWare game.

maybe this is my starfield moment :patrice:

All that dice rolling rng based fakkitry was NOT FOR ME crodie :mjlol:

The story and interactions was cool but legit err thing else around it was a huge chore

Yeah, i could understand why this would be more fun for a lot of people the combat is genuinely fun. I just like the turn based strategy aspect of BG3 a bit more

Imma get tar n feathered but this is considerable more enjoyable to PLAY than bg3. And on release seems to be bug free, the writing is kinda of eye rolly but its far from bad enough where its bringing the game down much. I found the previous dragon age games fukking corny too I thought that was the point tbh :mjlol:
Alot of these critically acclaimed games are for niche audiences. I loved BG3 but im the target audience.

But Elden ring is trash to me. How it’s universally praised with it’s unbalanced gameplay and non existent story makes no sense. Game had very little direction but it’s everyone game of the year. It was a choir to finish. No enjoyment Just relief when i beat it.

Veilguard is fun. Combat is dope. Just want to see the story completed. There is always a cheesiness to all Bioware games. Shepherds was corny as hell too:yeshrug:

I love turn based joans.

I basically marathoned Metaphor. It just felt like the whole time in bg3 it was the developers keekawin as you fukked up, or u saved scummed till u got the right rng.

I ain like that lol. Story was coo but not ebough for me to wade through that ass gameplay. Like I said this is a hot take :hubie:

But that game is insanely overrated.

See we polar opposites cuz ER one of my goats :mjlol:

My homeboy a hood nikka and even he texted me at 3 am talking about Malenia a few years ago. ER was a fukking movement.

BG3 I can see why its so acclaimed. Hell I was feeling that way the first ten or so hours and then I realized that DND bullshyt is just not for me and if it isnt you going to have a bad bad time with it

:mjlol:Once someone on Reddit told me 'There are no straight characters' in BG3 I passed on it. I loved DA: O and DA: Inquisition, but I don't know about this one.

I was running as a human warrior at first and got to the Crossroads area then I decided to run it back from the beginning with a female elf mage. Man, mage combat is so much better. I'm also on the hardest difficulty now but I'm not gon lie, when I got to the crossroads earlier, I was dying left and right on underdog difficulty. So upping it to nightmare probably bout to have me tossing a few controllers at the screen. But Mage is so smooth in combat. :ohlawd:
