  4. Devonta Smith – Technically sound, freakish talent, scheme versatile.
  5. Jaylen Waddle – Slot nightmare no matter the team.
  6. Alijah Vera-Tucker – Probably the best guard in the draft since Nelson.
  7. JaMarr Chase – Sitting out hurts him here but he is as NFL-ready as they come.
  8. Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah – He is ready to impact the NFL at a high level right now.
  9. Trevon Moehrig – Already a top 10 safety in the NFL.
  10. Travis Etienne – Already a top 10-15 RB.
  11. Najee Harris – Already a top 10-15 RB.
  12. Micah Parsons – His mental matters so much like it did with Smith but he is already an excellent player.
  13. Penei Sewell – He is physically and athletically ready, but his technique and balance could hurt him a bit as a rookie.
  14. Kyle Pitts – TE is such a difficult position for a rookie to adjust to due to the prep for it compared to college. He is as ready as any TE to enter in years.
  15. Jaelan Phillips – He is the most polished DE in this year’s draft and is already a solid DE for the 4-3 scheme.

Positional Value matters to me: Why positional value matters in the NFL Draft | NFL Draft | PFF

Also, I value the QB position on a rookie deal 3x more than any other position off the top so if you reach for a 3rd round QB like Daniel Jones. I really don't harshly judge you but if you reach for a 2nd round grade DE in the top 5 like Oakland did with Clelin Ferrell. I judge you extremely harshly.

The GOATtriots might really get a steal in this first round is all of these QB's go early.

For those of you that watch a lot of college football and love the draft, would you say this is one of the better drafts in terms of quality depth for QB's and WR's in recent memory?

I'd say its top-heavy, but this draft is going to be really hard to call because of covid and guys been saying this for a while.

No combine is brutal, its hard to trust any of these pro day numbers coming out. Really hard to gauge with so many players that opted out

Assuming Lawrence, Fields, Wilson, Lance, and Jones all go in the top ten, that would leave the Patriots with quite a few possible options.

I'd assume Penei Sewell and Kyle Pitts would go within the top ten, so that's seven players right there that will likely be gone. I wonder if one of the top WR's would drop to the Patriots, and if they would take one? Or, if they will go defense instead?

QBs could easily go 1-4 so that could make a lot of talent drop. Most people say that NE is missing a good Qb tho

I would not be the least bit surprised QB picked outside of round 1 have better careers than QBs picked in the 1st
