Nah taking him #4 overall was dumb af even back then

If a 19 year old Euro cac was showing these type of highlights you're saying he wouldn't be in top 5 talks at best and at worst, lottery talks?:comeon:

I've seen enough to know that I was wrong NOW. He has no motor or feel for the game and when he actually gets playing time, he puts up numbers at times, but he seems to have a terrible feel for the game when he doesn't have the ball, and plays like he doesn't even like basketball like that. 5 years later its easy to make that call, but at the time its hard to see when he only played 9 games in college. I was wrong but it wasnt a laughable wrong when Jarrett Culver, Jaxon Hayes, Cam Reddish, and Romeo Langford were lottery picks

You can peep the comments in this thread and see the fantasy of what they think Bol Bol SHOULD be continues to cloud their view.

Bol doesn't get any tick because he's worthless when the ball isn't in his hands. His feel for the game is abysmal.

The Coli does this shyt every time...bro is 25...he should be establishing himself...but according to the Coli he's 3 years away from being 3 years away.

I was gonna let the thread cook but more than one of yall keep saying he has terrible movement or no feel. I really think yall look at stats vs expectation and throw labels on folk. Oh breh 7’4 and not putting up at least 15? Must be lazy no motor etc.

I'll let it slide but I been rooting for Bol Bol from before he even got in the league. The highlights look good, but in the game he looks lost and doesn't hustle all that much. And the facts are the Nuggets could have used him at 4 but got rid of him. Then the Magic could have used him at 4 or 5 but got rid of him even when he averaged like 13 and 9 for a stretch when players got hurt. And now even when the Suns are playing like trash and benched their starter he STILL aint playing. And I think part of it is on him and part of it is politics. But with all that said this:

is a bad answer. They suck and are scrambling for solutions but haven't tried a 7'3 center that at the very least can block shots and run the floor like a wing? Makes no sense to me but if you watch him play vs watching Wemby play, one doesn't even need the ball to have an impact offensively or defensively. Then the other's Bol Bol

nikkas really think Bol Bol is gonna give them something positive. He's bad. Bud can't say that, so he made up some bullshyt reasoning when asked about him

Most people think Bol Bol is good because Shaq said he's as good as wembanyama. Bol Bol been in the league 6 years. It's not a conspiracy that he's glued to the bench. He's ass, plain and simple. No team that wants to compete is gonna give him minutes like that.
